If the setting card is inserted incorrectly, generally do not rush to insert the user card (it is best to set the setting card in the electrical workshop before installing the meter, and then insert the user card after installing the meter. This is to check whether the meter is working properly and to prevent the possibility of inserting the wrong setting card, otherwise it will be laborious and thankless to rework after installing the meter). If the wrong setting card is inserted for the same type of meter, you can immediately insert the correct setting card once to change it. If the setting card of different types of electricity meters is inserted incorrectly, the only solution is to reset the meter or replace the storage chip. In addition, if the wrong card is inserted and the user card is inserted into the electricity meter, in addition to resetting the meter or replacing the storage chip, the system data needs to be cleared and reissued or a "resend new user card" operation needs to be performed.
