The Water Supply and Charging Service Management System (Single Machine Version), also known as the Intelligent Remote Prepaid Water Meter System, is a water monitoring, service, and management platform suitable for water utilities, military units, government agencies, schools, and residential communities at or below the county level.

This system runs in the Chinese WINDOWS98/2000/XP environment. The fully Chinese operating interface is intuitive, simple, and convenient.

(1) Parameter setting function: It can remotely set the operating parameters of each water meter in the system.

(2) Account opening function: Remote account opening for water meters with set system parameters and installation information. Namely, transmit the identification information such as communication address, communication password, encryption key, and user number of each water meter in the system to each water meter.

(3) Water purchase function: Remote prepaid water purchase can be achieved through the system network.

(4) Price or multiple price (tiered pricing) operation function: Water prices can be set as a single price or multiple prices (up to 2 tiered quantities and 3 tiered prices) through the system.

(5) Query function for water usage information and equipment operation status: Real time information query can be performed on each water meter used for account opening in the system through the network: ① Water usage information data; ② Equipment operating status information data.

(6) Balance settlement function: When the user requests a refund settlement, the balance settlement instruction can be used to reset the balance in the table, and the operation and information registration of settlement refund can be implemented in the management system.

(7) Timing function: The water meter comes with a hardware clock. The system can calibrate each water meter by broadcasting timing commands to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the running clock of each water meter.

(8) Zeroing function: In case of software failure in the water meter, the "zeroing command" can be used in conjunction with the "programming" button on the water meter. Reset the water meter to zero. Then the water meter can be reset for account opening use.

(9) Remote reading and control function of water meter: The system can not only remotely read the information and operating status inside the water meter, but also remotely operate the valve of the water meter according to requirements.

(10) User information recording function: capable of recording all user purchase records, installation records, and invoice information.

(11) Financial statement management function: The finance department can perform operations such as statistical fee details, financial reconciliation, fee settlement, invoice management, etc. in the system. Facilitate the finance department to conduct statistics and management of the collected water fees.

(12) Proxy charging function: The system can generate various proxy charging items (such as property fees) on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Facilitating digital management of fee items for customers in residential areas.
