In order to enrich the cultural life of employees and further enhance team cohesion, on December 28th, the production, quality, technology, finance, and middle and senior management personnel of Huaihua Jiannan Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. organized a team building activity called "Gathering Strength and Flying Dreams". Through a series of expansive and entertaining activities, promote team building and showcase employees' spirit of striving for excellence.

In team activities, three teams are randomly formed to participate in collective activities such as tug of war, inflatable caterpillars, curling, etc., showcasing team spirit, cooperation ability, and fighting spirit.

Through this activity, not only did we achieve the goal of releasing pressure, strengthening communication, and honing willpower, but we also played a role in consolidating team strength and promoting cultural construction.
